The 11th IBBF Riga 2006
participated – Croatian National Ballet from Split with performances “Daissa, East of Eden” and “Adeus”, Hans Hof Ensemble /the Netherlands/ with performance “Temtapsi Island”, Gregory Hancock Dance Theatre /USA/, Latvian Academy of Culture, Vanemunde Theatre /Estonia/, Vilnius School of Ballet /Lithuania/, Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory /Russia/.
In the Gala concert participated: ballet soloist of Croatian National Ballet and Gregory Hancock’s Dance Theatre, Ballet troupe of the Latvian National Opera, Riga Choreography School, ballet soloists Miyake Yaka from Japan, Natalya Macaka and Ivan Kozlov from Ukraine, Agel Rojas and Carlos Rodriguez from Spain, Talia Paz-Pozner from Israel. In the Opening concert – in the Riga Central Railway Station - participated Dance group “Flight of Dance”, Chamber Orchestra of Riga Pedagogical and Education Management School (soloists Baiba Berke and Artis Gaga).
