In the Gala concert participated: ballet troupe of the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre, Orlando Ballet Company’s principal dancer Mack Brooklyn /USA/, Kiev Opera and Ballet Theatre’s principal dancers Olena Filipyeva and Sergii Sydoroski /Ukraine/,  Klaipeda Musical Theatre’s principal dancers Inga Brjažkolovaite and Ricardas Jankevicius /Lithuania/, Macedonian National Ballet Theater’s principal dancers Aleksandra Mijalkova and Goran Bozinov, Portugal Musical Theatre’s  principal dancers Klaudia Martinss  and Rafael Carrico, ballet soloists of the Latvian National Opera Theatre and students of the Riga Choreographic School.

In the Festival Opening concert in the Central Railway Station participated Klaipeda (Lithuania) Musical Theatre’s ballet troupe and the Chamber Orchestra “Latvia’s Philharmonics”
